GoSafey Ride is currently operating in its early-access pilot phase. By using our services in Madhubani, you acknowledge that our platform, features, and partner network are under continuous refinement to better serve the Mithila region.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GoSafey Ride platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you (the user) and the individual founder of GoSafey Ride. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask you to discontinue use of our services.
Nature of Services
We provide a technology interface connecting users with independent mobility partners for:

User Conduct & Safety
To maintain a respectful environment in Madhubani, users must behave professionally with our partners. Any instance of harassment, illegal activity, or damage to partner property may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access to the platform during the pilot phase.
Payments & Processing
We facilitate secure digital payments through third-party providers.
Third-Party Gateway
All transactions are handled by Gosafey. We do not store your banking or card details on our servers. Final fares may vary slightly from estimates based on actual travel routes.
Limitation of Liability
As a platform connecting you to independent partners, GoSafey Ride does not own vehicles or employ drivers directly. While we encourage high safety awareness, we are not legally responsible for the actions of partners or any incidents during a ride. Participation in the pilot program is voluntary and subject to the terms outlined on this page.
