At GoSafey Ride, we aim for total transparency. As we build our mobility network in Bihar, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our riders and our hardworking Captains.

Policy 01

Cancellation Rules

Users may cancel a booking before the service begins. For Bike and Car rides, if a cancellation occurs after the Captain has arrived at the pickup location, a nominal cancellation fee may be applicable to compensate the partner for their time and fuel.

For Logistics services, cancellation timelines may vary based on service type, distance, and partner availability.

Technical

Double payment due to app or gateway errors.

Operational

Service not provided after successful payment.

The Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our team, the amount is initiated immediately. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. This timeline is subject to your bank's internal processing speed and Payment gateway protocols.
